On december 1st 2018 we went in to get pictures of my two children our appointment was for 11:15am we did not get out of there until 3:00pm because of how jam packed they schedule their appointments!. They take appointments and walk ins, i'd recommend you make an appointment, although even with an appointment you're still waiting. The pics saved are of terrible quality.
